About BYWIRES Picture Viewer
Picture Viewer is a application built with Flash MX. The application offers several simple image viewing functions such as zooming in/out, panning, and centering.
How to use BYWIRES Picture Viewer
Click and drag to pan the image. Use the plus and minus buttons to zoom in and out. Clicking the "center" button will move the image to the middle of the stage.
